Fine Art America has production facilities located throughout the world, and will ship your order to any destination from the closest available production facility. On the checkout screen, you'll see exactly where your order will be shipping from. If the production facility is located in the same country as your shipping destination, then the order is a domestic order.
If our production facility is located in Europe and your shipping destination is in Europe or the UK, then it's a domestic order, as well.
