This work began as a photograph of a suit of armour in an antique store by prizewinning American artist and photographer Karen Francis. Application of digital filters and text tie it to the reference to the Armour of God in Ephesians 6. This work may be purchased in a variety of sizes and formats. Karen studied art at the Corcoran School of Art in DC, the Art League School in Alexandria, VA, The New York Art Students League, and George Mason Univ. in VA while living in McLean. She currently lives in Memphis, TN the city of her birth where she graduated from Rhodes College. I paint primarily in oil, frequently exploring digital art through video, film creation, artificial intelligence, and new mobile apps.
