(Memphis) CHRISTMAS RIDE, a new dramatic family film, is scheduled to premiere for a one night showing 7:00 PM Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at the MALCO CINEMA in the Wolfchase Galleria Mall (Carousel Entrance). The film tells the story of a woman with two kids and a mysterious neighbor driving South during the Christmas holidays in 1991. Along their journey they share past tragedies, run into dangerous situations on the road, and ultimately discover a truth which tests the limits of forgiveness. Three days remain to see Works by Karen Francis on exhibit now in the Germantown Community Theatre Gallery near Memphis, TN. The framed oils on canvas are mostly fine art landscapes and florals with a few prints. Art sales will benefit the theatre by ten percent of the price. These are artist proofs in the 16 x 20 inch size on acid free paper, unframed. Some are signed.
